-International recruitment.-Relocation and onboarding: housing, tax ID, health insurance, social security and registration.-Integration support, so people arrive, stay and perform.-Results: 40+ placements. 27 of 28 workers in my largest project still work for the same employer.

-Reclutamiento internacional .-Relocación e incorporación: alojamiento, Steuer-ID, seguro de salud, seguridad social y registro de domicilio.-Acompañamiento en la integración, para que las personas lleguen, se queden y rindan.-Resultados: más de 40 colocaciones. 27 de 28 trabajadores de mi mayor proyecto siguen con el mismo empleador.

- Internationale Personalvermittlung.-Relocation und Onboarding: Wohnung, Steuer-ID, Krankenversicherung, Sozialversicherung und Anmeldung.-Begleitung bei der Integration, damit Menschen ankommen, bleiben und Leistung bringen.-Ergebnisse: über 40 Vermittlungen. 27 von 28 Mitarbeitenden meines größten Projekts sind noch beim selben Arbeitgeber.
